Well, only at work! This server will be used for the project that I’m working on.

Starting the 27th November, I will be attempting to keep a one-a-day photo blog, the idea being that I will take my camera with me to as many places as possible and upload just one photo from each day. I was inspired by Ben who has been doing the same for a little while now.
I’m not sure how long I’ll keep it up - I guess it will be a pain to carry my camera around everywhere!
Google have released mapping for the whole of Africa on their Google Maps site. It came as something of a surprise - I was using Google Maps quite a lot last night and the maps suddenly appeared while I was using it!
The quality of the mapping leaves a bit to be desired (some major cities like Nairobi in Kenya only have a few roads marked and are often not positioned well either), but at least it shows main roads as well as towns and cities:
The great thing is that the mapping works brilliantly with my EarthTools site. You can select a country from the drop-down list and the map automatically recentres on that country so that you can see all the major towns and cities. The place finder already has hundreds of thousands of African places in, so you can quickly and easily find places.
